Refund policy
I have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (for scrunchies and earrings they must be unworn or unused) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact me at ohsewgoth@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. I do not cover postage costs to return items; you will have to cover the cost to return an item. I do not refund the shipping cost paid when the order was originally placed; I only refund the price paid for the item/items that are being returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right for you as quickly as possible!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including worn earrings. This also includes custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, I don't accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
